The learner getting to understand what he or she is taught is my major key. As a teacher I use the assessment method to examine the learners understanding. Allowing a learner to also express his or her view helps to understand their point of argument and if possible correct the learner incases where he or she might be wrong. A successful learner makes a happy teacher. One major role given to me by God is to mould the clay given to me to be a successful person in life. Healthy teacher student relationship creates a nice condusive learning environment.
