Teaching style and methodology.
I encourage students to read the topics in advance then I do clarify issues that are not clear to them..
I encourage students to attempt mathematics questions and mark them to identify the areas where students have problems.
I use different approaches to generate answers for mathematical problems and prove them to ensure that correct solutions are obtained.

Results and what makes me great Teacher
I reward those students who score highly and follow them to ensure that they understand and join the next level. I use different methods of solving a mathematics number for students to understand from different perspective.
I encourage students to ask as many questions as possible. I always solve problems from the first principle.
I do not like lazy students who do not do coursework and home work. I support students after lecture thus give extra time to students.
It is my policy to refer students to other teachers who are the better than me in some mathematics topics that am not so good eg mechanics.
