Hello there, I'm Ridhima, an experienced and enthusiastic educator who has been teaching since 2019. I started giving home tuitions to the students when I was in 12th standard and then I have also taught in a coaching institute (EduHub Institute, Jammu). My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and interactive learning environment. I was also a mentor in ClayLab where I was helping the students with their homework and guiding them with the new curriculum. I understand that every student is unique and I tailor my approach to address their challenges accordingly. Personalized attention ensures that each student grasps the concepts thoroughly. With 6 years of experience in teaching (online as well as offline), I have adopted a teaching style that is engaging, dynamic and tailored to the needs of each learner. Through interactive discussions, I aim to make complex concepts easily acceptable.
