I am Professor Raman Matharu and for over ten years I have been devoted to the discipline of teaching. What I love most is helping students reach a real understanding of the material, and I believe that is guaranteed when each concept means something to students. I not only reject a one-size-fits-all curriculum, but I take the time to discern the highest level for each learner and my pedagogy strategies should be accordingly. My course gives equal balance between an inviting atmosphere and rigorous focus with examples of application, methodical explanations, and plenty of encouragement. Seeing students gain confidence, overcome obstacles and reach their scholarly goals fuels my daily passion to be a part of pedagogy. I am dedicated to making learning engaging and rewarding, and we develop that experience that the students actually value.
