I would describe myself as a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and industrious teacher.I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities.I would also say that I am a high-achieving teacher.For example, in my last role, I managed to turn around an underperforming class to be the awarded class with the highest pass rate. I have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in everything I undertake, maintaining a sense of team spirit.I firmly believe in goal-orientation, focus and a lifestyle of commitment to family and career.I am a hard working self-driven individual who can work under pressure with no supervision at all.Its clear to me that as teacher. I have to be constantly learning in order to continuously improve my teaching skills, always searching for the optimal techniques, strategies, and materials that best facilitate the students' learning.Throughout my educational experience, I have come to profound conclusion that teaching is not only a challenge that I can meet by drawing my skills and experiences, but also a commitment that I am eager to embrace.My goal every day is to have positive development and growth impact on young people.
