I believe that Good teachers know how to bring out the best in student. As a online teacher i create a space in my class where students can share their ideas, questions, and comments. I use Microsoft PowerPoint presentations with or without voice over. I focus more on concept building and then questioning. Empathy and patience are key qualities in any teacher. I continuously evaluate working of my students. Being adaptable and flexible allow my students to flow between different theories of learning and mode of teaching. sometime we will discuss momentarily. Having a reserve of patience will make it easier for me to work through each student unique struggles and challenges, which may be difficult or slow going to overcome
