I have had opportunities to teach students who function a below on, and above grade level, I have been very successful on accommodating diverse students needs by facilitating all styles of learners offering individualized and extra curricular support, and integrating effective materials. Concerning my related experience, I have been employed with International school and Business Schools, Producing high quality teaching materials to the students with strong fundamental grounds with new concepts in teaching using various techniques to simpler the methods / steps in calculating and evaluating which helps students of I.B.D.P, IGCSE- A Level. I encourage learning by using a number of different manipulative hands on activity and various form of technology. By incorporating discussions, open ended questions, and cooperative learning I am able to facilitate a high interactive and inquisitive class atmosphere. In addition, I regulate weekly/monthly tests to track students progress, locate areas of weakness, and prepare students for final exams. Solving problems of the students by determining best/appropriate teaching methods.
