Teaching with dedication and understanding students need.
My teaching strategy is first explaining the topic, then preparing notes for them and giving them time to read and after that letting them asking doubts related to the topic and then after solving their doubts put questions from them about the topic and taking tests.
Other than academic studies i made them understand the basic ethics and moral of the life which they need to adapt for a good life. Being a teacher i am strict towards study and also act like their friend if they want to ask anything i would help them out with each and every problem.
