I teach on areas that the students have difficulties in and give assignments after making sure they understand.Thereafter I revised with them.My students improve each and every time they do an exam or a test because of the continuing revision with them.
I also ensure students have high self esteem and believe in themselves.Group work is another method that I use since some students understand better when they revise and argue among themselves since they may be shy to ask teachers questions and instead ask their colleagues .I love teaching as it is my passion
