I am deeply committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, facilitating active student engagement, and nurturing the intellectual growth of aspiring professionals in the fields of management and marketing.
My teaching philosophy includes student-centered learning and creating confidence in them. I believe the central part of learning is the bond between teacher and student, based on responsibility and respect, which crafts positive change in generations.
My teaching style includes bridging theory with practice. This practical application of the concepts enables students to develop a deep and correct understanding of the concepts that polish problem-solving capacity in their personalities. I believe in the character building of the students, which is based on the ethical dimension of academia. Students with strong moral values will benefit societies in the future.
I also feel that I am always in the stage of learning. Hence, I believe adapting and innovation are necessary to progress and develop. Therefore, I also update my knowledge and skills by learning new things to prepare myself for the new generation's demands and motivate my students for them.
I consider that teaching is not limited to the classroom. Instead, it is the name of the continuous relationship between the teacher and student during studies and after completion. An effective mentor is one who not only helps students in the classroom but also serves as their role model in their daily lives outside of class. Continuous improvement is key to effective teaching. I use regular assessment and feedback
mechanisms to gauge student progress and adjust my teaching methods accordingly. This iterative process ensures that students receive a high-quality educational experience.
