Teaching style : I have a demonstrator teaching style and deliver the curriculum content with multimedia tools which helps to develop and enhance the critical thinking ability of students.
Methodology and Results : Using FLIPped Ideology, I engage students in academic content either through readings, video lectures, or podcasts prior coming to class. This results in learning of the content inside and outside of the class, extends learning opportunities and allow for student application's of new concept and skills.
Being a teacher, I am continuously evaluating what is working or what is not working for my students. I have an infectious passion for learning and teaching which creates better pathway for understanding of the student.
