At first, I evaluate students strengths and weakness and work on their weakness while preparing them for their exams. The study plan for each student varies because every student is unique and I try to come up with a schedule and lesson plan that is easy to adopt and consistent. I believe that creating a supportive environment for students make them at ease and they are able to share their experience, mistakes and thoughts so that we can workout on them together. This is the key to foster engagement and success. This methodology helped a lot of students and they are able to improve and make progress in both personal and professional life.
