I'm a certified trumpet instructor. I work with all students, all levels, all ages. I have experience working with special needs students also. I work with beginners to adults intermediate to advanced. My lessons are online. I use simple techniques. My students will learn all things trumpet, and my students learn how to read music, because it is all connected. You will develop your range of playing, presently I can play some triple high notes. I can also help you with any audition materials, or band music you use during the school year. We can play all styles of music from classical, pop, to jazz, spirituals, and patriotic.
I'm a retired elem. music teacher of 23 years in classroom experience. I have taught lessons privately for over 40 years. I am patient and kind in my teaching. I believe practice is key to improving on your instrument. I am flexible in my hours of teaching. I also teach English lessons online for Beginning English speakers, simple conversation, to advanced Reading comprehension for preparation for state tests, all ages. I am also a Christian, I teach Biblical studies, whether its reading scripture passages or study God's Word I'm available to help you understand God's Word.
