I have 30+ years of experience in Software and system development. Additionally I have taught multiple high school and college level students in Math and Computer science subjects like Algorithms, DS, and Kernel/FW development.
I try to find the gaps in the student's knowledge and encourage the student to find the issues in understanding and challenge him/herself to improve it. I always stress on the basic of the subject as if basic knowledge is correct then this can be easily applied to learn new concepts and solve difficult problems.
