I am a doctoral student (senior research fellow) at NIT Trichy and a GATE qualifier. Having taught B.Tech students, I advocate for a student-centred approach that recognizes and nurtures each student's unique strengths and needs. My teaching emphasizes active learning, critical thinking, and collaboration, ensuring that students not only grasp the content but also develop essential life skills. I expect students to be punctual and am willing to adjust the pace of the class or assign additional tasks to cater to their learning needs. I encourage students to actively ask their doubts and clear them according to their needs and make them understand things better.
