Dr. Rishabh Rathore is an assistant professor in advanced project management at NICMAR University of Construction Studies, Hyderabad. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur, where he researched risk modeling in India's food grain supply chain. He completed his M.E. in Industrial Engineering and Management from S.G.S.I.T.S. Indore and his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from S.S.G.M. College of Engineering, Shegaon.

My teaching approach focuses on practical learning, industry relevance, and student
engagement. Real-world examples, case studies, and hands-on exercises help students better understand complex concepts. In my classes, I emphasize interactive discussions, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making, especially in areas such as project management, analytics, and construction management.

My methodology combines conceptual clarity with practical tools. I regularly integrate Excel, Power BI, and project management simulations to help students apply theoretical concepts to real-life scenarios. I also encourage students to work on mini projects, case analyses, and collaborative activities, which improve their analytical thinking and professional readiness.

In terms of results, my teaching has helped students develop strong analytical skills, improve industry understanding, and gain confidence in using modern data and project management tools. Many students have successfully applied these skills in internships, placements, and professional roles.
