I hold a degree Economics, and currently pursuing a master's in Economics and concurrently enrolled in the Certified Investment Financial Analyst (CIFA) program with 4 years experience in development planning, budgeting, designing economic policies, data analytics and visualization, macro and microeconomics analysis, monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis and formulation, data analysis and visualization, and research, I have a proven track record of delivering results. I have played a key role in developing County Fiscal Strategy Papers for the financial years 2021/22, 2022/2023 and, 2023/24, which received 95% approval from stakeholders. I have also been part of the committees charged with developing the Annual Development Plans for the years 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/2023 and 2023/24, resulting in plans that received great approval from stakeholders and development of the 3rd County Integrated Development Plan (2023/2027) for County Government of Kisumu.
