Upon reflection on your own schooling, there was undoubtedly a teacher who particularly inspired and encouraged you. Perhaps a kindergarten teacher's small deeds of kindness transformed your life, or perhaps a college professor encouraged you to pursue a different line of work.

Being adaptable and flexible allows you to flow between different theories of learning and modes of teaching. Same goes when we are learning mathematics, being adaptable and flexible allows us to see the flows between different theories and understanding. Its not just mathematics, in my opinion, all subject will be easy to nail when we started to see them with different way.

I was teaching my school juniors and my friends when I was in high school. Since I was continue my higher studies at different state, I stopped the teaching. Now I would like to continue my passion again as I'm a biology degree graduate and a well scored student in high school as well.
