I am a professional Yoga Instructor and freelance trainer

I am six years of experienced and passionate yoga instructor with over five years of teaching and training in Ashtanga and Hath Yoga, Prenatal yoga approach. I have trained 120-130 students every week by demonstrating proper use of equipment. Taught correct exercise to prevent injuries. Managed 3-4 classes everyday while performing administrative duties. Committed to provided extensive instructions and counseling to my students. While motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self. Bringing forth a love and respect for the art of yoga, and all that it encompasses.

I am available in the Morning 6:00 to 7:00am evening 5:00 to 9:00 pm.
