I Adjust my teaching style as per the need of students and subject demand. I used a story telling method for the kids and for O- level and A- level activity and discussion method.
And I use teaching style ...( activity base learning, project base,and through assignment,group discussions)for graduation
Results will be share on the basis of the test and results..Asses students by Summative and formative assessment and their class participation ..
I learn about student psychology that's why I mold my teaching style to their needs and wants ...
I learn about the inclusive education so I quickly pik the problem and then decided how I solve it...
I learn the teaching methods ..and also learn what was the best teaching approach for the subject..so I use my knowledge and skills in my profession.That's my speciality ..
