I never force a student to study .i teach in a friendly environment with full concentration until the student is satisfied...i give references also not stick completely to the coarse books..one of my student is now a doctor and one has now completed her mphil...i am still in contact with my older students only because of my friendly behaviour they still remember me...i want to be a friend first then a teacher...strict behaviour is only shown when a kid doesn't pay attention on his or her studies otherwise 99%my interaction is friendly and sweet
