iam a trained teacher a graduate from kenya technical trainers college currently called kenya school of tvet nairobi trained on pedagogy in library and information studies upon my successful graduation i was employed at kenya institute of applied sciences eldoret where i have been to date i have been handling candidates classes and preparing them for KNEC(kenya national examination council) exams and no body failed my papers they did the best all the time,because of this good name students from neighbouring colleges doing the same course could organise groups so that i can teach them online and still they did the best, i have been setting exams and marking as well as teaching students how to handle exams.i realised that during my lessons students attendend in full no body missed because my teaching style and national exams was almost one.
i recieved good compliments because of good perfomance and was made the internal quality assurence officer,head of department and a trainer who was consulted by others to date.
