I strongly believe learning basics drives further learning. I focus on teaching basics. I enjoy teaching to kids and spending time with them. I make sure a concept is completely understood by the student and only then move to the next one. I focus on getting the child to answer his/her own questions rather than me explaining, which helps them understand better and to remember the concept forever. I am very patient with kids and I am very open to listening to the kid's problems. My openness makes me a great educator. I think from the child's perspective and get to their level to understand things. I do not only focus on results but focus on the understanding of the child and my rapport with the child.
