1) I make sure that students understand everything that is taught to them.
2) I never make students learn things by heart.
3) I guarantee that even weak student will learn and remember things and perform better.
4) I encourage students to ask more questions.
5) If I don’t know any answer to the students doubt/query, I try to find the correct answer and then tell them.
6) I never rush to complete the syllabus.
7) I give assignments to students.
8) My biggest achievement was when 2 of my weak students (one from 11th Commerce and the other from Graduation) scored 1st Class after taking coaching from me.
