Students have the curiosity to know a little more. I encourage their curiosity. For me, no question is silly. I make them understand the way they should approach towards the subject.
The completeness lies in the details; so I try to make them understand the details so that the mugging or learning by heart is reduced to the minimum and they develop the interest in the subject and relate to it and start thinking in the way which paves them to reach higher levels.
In today's world internet has all the solutions but for the structured approach towards the solutions one needs someone who can guide. I play that role.
