I can make even the most weak student understand the concept in a simple way. I teach from scratch, slowly, clearly. Students grades go up like never before. I never scold them for asking doubts if they are serious. I am friend and a guide to students. A trainer more rather than a lecturer. Invoking interest in the subject is more important and preliminary thing than just teaching per say. I do two questions by myself and tell students to do then. And make them practice, practice and practice. Consistency is my key to success.
