In general every violin beginner makes mistakes in different area/technique. So a general method won't work. I didn't mean that I teach from my own method book. I also use popular method books. My method of teaching is, I will listen to them playing a lesson from previous class(if they are already a student) then will make customized plans for them. If they are complete beginner it is easy to build a good foundation. If they have some experience it is little difficult since they might have developed some bad habits and they have to unlearn wrong techniques first. With my method it is still possible. Regular practice is also needed to develop good skills.
Many people want to learn popular songs. I can help them with that also. But remember one thing learning through popular songs is not a correct method to learn any instrument or vocals. So let us learn some techniques first then we will go to songs to keep the motivation alive. Before picking a popular song let us be sure that you are equipped with all technical skills to play that particular song.

An amazing teacher!
We are very glad to have found Vyshakh sir as a Violin teacher for our daughter. He holds very good knowledge in the music field. And, what is most impressive about him is how he breaks those concepts into simple steps & techniques in order to make it very easy for a child to understand.
Our daughter has been learning violin from him for almost 2 years and we are surprised to see the progress she makes every month. We love to hear the notes she plays in her violin with all those half-bow, full-bow, slur techniques. We are grateful to Vyshakh sir for helping her develop these expertise.
Having him as a teacher would be a blessing for a child who wants to be a good violin player.

Outstanding Teacher with lots of patience and dedication
Vysakh is a great Violin tutor. My kids have been learning violin lessons from Vysakh for more than a year now. He is very patient, dedicated, and has flexible schedules for the classes, which is a huge plus. His teaching methods are very clear and concise. An Excellent Tutor!!!
I have been learning from Vyshakh since a year and I am really grateful to have a tutor like him. He is a very patient trainer. He made me "unlearn" many violin finger positions taught by my previous tutor and that has improved my violin playing significantly. I am really thankful to Vyshakh. I am looking forward to learning new violin techniques from you.

An excellent violin teacher
Vyshakh is an excellent violin teacher. My daughter has been learning violin from him over an year and she has improved significantly. He is very patient and keeps her motivated to practice during the week. I strongly recommend Vyshakh, if you are looking for a great violin teacher!

Vyshakh Subramanian - Thank You Note
Mr. Vysakh has been teaching western violin music for my daughter. He is really reliable and really focused on his students. His persistence on basics really helped my daughter to strengthen her foundation. Mr Vysakh is very dedicated and his musical knowledge doesn't really warrant any validation.

A knowledgeable and patient teacher
He is really good at what he does. Notifies even the littlest things, helps with corrections no matter how many tries it takes. Provides proper guidelines to learn and progress. One of the best, I would say.

Excellent and has lot of patience
Online violin learning is quite a challenge irrespective of your interest, Vyshakh makes it easy for kids. He goes at the pace in which kids don't lose interest. We signed up with for a month and so far experience very well. Violin tuning needs parental help but once you know it, its all good. Highly recommended for online violin lessons

Great support on remote violin classes
Vyshakh sir is very proficient in his skill playing violin. He shows great interest in helping his students learn the violin concepts and teaches violin to a great detail which also helps the student grasp the technique. He is very patient and supportive despite the limitations with distant learning in different timezones.
He also understands the Students perspectives and their troubles and accommodates lessons and classes to their best convenience.

Passionate and dedicated Teacher
He is very polite in nature, conducts sessions with great patience, and has a very systematic approach in teaching. Even though I had continued my classes after a long break, I could seamlessly get back my confidence in playing the Violin.
Moderate fees and flexible timing. I highly recommend him.

Dedicated and meticulous Teacher
He is teaching my 12 yr old and is an excellent guide and coach for violin for her. She learns it in school and he has helped her get her basic right and slowly progressing her to more challenges. I highly recommend him

Mr. Vysakh is a very good music teacher
He is very sincere, honest, polite and lovable person. He teaches with lot of interest and patience in a simple way and create interest in the students. He knows the subject. Great custom approach
Mr Subramanian is a great teacher. He is very knowledgeable, sincere and dedicated individual. My 11 year old daughter has been learning violin since 2 months now and already playing so many tunes like a pro! She learnt many techniques with her bow and learnt the art of music. He always messages me the summary of the class and detailed feedback on her progress. This helps me to encourage her to practice right. I would recommend him very strongly
