I am a teacher for past 25 years.
I have tutored innumerable students to score way more than they expected with help of my very innovative and unique methods of making hard concepts into easy to understand and retain items.
I believe doing good in any exam whether it is competitive,academic,college,medical school or boards like PLAB, MLE or MRCS needs a strategy customized to the learners needs, strengths and weaknesses.There is nothing like one size fits all.
I have never seen any one scoring high,passing the exam by matter of chance.
Without a customised strategy,the student keeps working hard in a wrong direction.
Even different type of exams have special requirements which are very specific for that particular exam.
Going to the exam without the knowledge of that special trick or requirement can be dangerous.
Reading material and trying to keep in the memory without building a proper background makes one work hard without gaining much in a long run.
Disorganised or haphazard studying leaves students drained out and they end up with an average or an unexpected low score.
After having passed USMLE all steps with scores like 267,265 and 254,MRCS,PLAB exams, middles east medical boards and also completing my superspeciality exams,I have acquired a sound know how of the exams in UK, USA, Australia,India and many other countries.
