Hi! I’m Ayesha — an experienced and passionate tutor specialising in Psychology, Science, English, and Speech & Drama.

With over 4 years of teaching experience, both online and offline, I take pride in helping students understand concepts deeply, prepare effectively for exams, and build lasting confidence in their abilities.

I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Clinical and Health Psychology, having completed my BSc (Hons) in Psychology with First Class Honours. My teaching experience includes working with students in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Sri Lanka. My varied teaching background allows me to make lessons practical, interactive, and student-centred.

English: I ensure that students grow in all areas of English - reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar. I work with primary and secondary students, as well as adult learners and university students who are beginners or looking to improve. With a foundation in speech and drama, I go beyond grammar and vocabulary, helping students become confident, expressive users of the language in both academic and real-world settings.

Psychology: I offer Psychology support for O/L and A/L in both Edexcel and Cambridge syllabi, and even university-level students who may need help with specific modules or topics. I use a range of teaching tools, including PowerPoint slides, past papers, and Kahoot quizzes, making sessions engaging and easy to follow.

I teach Biology, Chemistry, Science, and Mathematics under the Sri Lankan national syllabus, Edexcel, and Cambridge, from primary up to O/L level. My teaching style focuses on helping students understand the real-world application of what they learn. Through past paper practice, practical-style questions, and interactive activities, I aim to make lessons both informative and enjoyable.

No matter the subject, my goal is to support each student’s individual learning journey, helping them reach their full potential in a way that is encouraging, adaptable, and effective.
