I have been taking yoga classes since 2018 after my formal education on the subject of Yoga. I have completed masters in yoga in 2018. I have qualified QCI level 2, NSDC Level 5, YCB level 3 for yoga teachers at different times. I also have completed 200 hours yoga alliance and ministry of ayush certified TTC. I am a part time Yoga Teacher with Sri Sri School of Yoga from 2018. I have qualified UGC Net exam (Yoga) in 2018 and been awarded for PHD degree with the same subject in 2024. I teach with sincerity and care. I am keen on working for students progress in yoga practice. I apply new sequence often while teaching, so that students don't feel the sessions are monotonous. I can take class online and offline on yoga philosophy, practical yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative yoga, Mudra, bandha, Pranayama, Yogic relaxation techniques, Meditation, Bhagvad Geeta chanting (free of cost) and Patanjali Yoga Sutra chanting(free of cost), Group Yoga class. I also take exclusive pranayama and meditation session, yoga therapy sessions for various physical and mental imbalance. I have experience in corporate yoga training. I live in Kolkata, India.

Fee details

    ₹600–800/hour (US$6.32–8.42/hour)

    One to one online session 3 days a week, Total 12 classes, Monthly charge, Rs.6000. Individual session of 1 hr. Rs. 600 and for 1 and half an hour session, Rs.800. Individual consultation for yoga therapy, charge is Rs.600 per session. Group session charge vary from Rs.1500 to Rs. 5000 per session. Duration of each session is 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Disease specific therapy session charges Rs. 2000 (3 sessions). Special therapeutic session for eyes.
