Teaching Approach:
1. I communicate to the student's inner person, but before I do this, I make sure i understand the true personality of the student. For instance, introverts comprehend differently from extroverts.

2. I also consider the background of the student. For instance, students that live with both father and mother behave differently from students that were brought up by a single parent.

3. I also make sure that the child have passion in the subject am teaching, and this I do by adopting all sort of fascinating instructional methodologies(including games).

4. Last but not the least I strongly emphasize on learner acceptance, because I believe that if a learner does not accept my PERSON he/she wont accept my LESSON.

I have handled stubborn students, simple, non-compliant and complex children. Including students with issues in concentration and all sort of psychological disorders. I currently work as an ICT, Numeracy and Chess Facilitator/trainer at Topnotchers International Academy, Aba, Abia State.
