Whereby, I use child centred method of teaching, I motivate learners and use age appropriate materials to the learners.
I bring them up holistically.
I set objectives for learning for each subject and make sure that they are achieved.
I involve parents in the learning process by giving updates of the learner.
I make sure that I do my assessment every month.
I instil discipline to the learner in a appropriate way.
I use a reward system to enhance motivation and improve performance of learner.
I make sure that teaching process doesn't go outside the required curriculum.
