My teaching philosophy focuses on making the training session as interactive as possible because I believe that interactive training sessions are easy to memorise. I use quiz games to make the teaching session more enjoyable and relatable to the students.
I used to give oral and mental work so that students can understand the concepts.
In my previous role as a teacher, I demonstrated exceptional proficiency in designing and implementing effective lesson plans that catered to diverse learning styles for over300 students. My commitment to student success is reflected in the consistent improvement of standardized test scores and academic achievements.
