I always try to motivate students by encouraging them positively and making them feel confident about their abilities. I explain concepts in a simple and interesting way so that they do not feel afraid of learning. I also appreciate their small improvements, which helps them stay motivated and participate actively in class. I will try to help the students as much as I can. And I worked as a teacher for 2 years and handled students till 10th standard. I enjoyed teaching and guiding students, and the experience helped me improve my teaching and classroom management skills.
