My goal is to encourage and train student to build study habits at school .i include discussion during my class and try to build cooperation between the students so that they can exchange their own ideas and understand different perspectives of the same concept . being organised, empathetic, comfortable with adapting quickly, creative,a problem solver good at building skill and maintaining strong communication skills, having passion and energy,being a team oriented person, being able to manage behaviour and having strong numeracy as well as literacy skills will benefit .
