I love learner centered style where I involve the learner mostly and make sure the content is well perceived then on methodology I mostly use discussion blended with question answers session to evaluate the level of learner understanding. At times I use demonstration method where I feel reinforcement has to be applied to dispense the hard to grasp content understood by the learner.Lastly teaching with examples to showcase the real application of the content we have discussed with the learner.Am a teacher who believes in adding value to my students and make my students better than I found them.
