With 16 years of teaching experience, I believe there are no bad students. I observe students' behavior. My teaching style is interactive. My teaching methodology is goal oriented. I engage students to get the best output from them. I build up their basic concepts gradually and fill in the gaps identified during the discourse of teaching. Assignments, Quizzes and solving test papers remains my Hallmark. The approach to attempt the question paper is one of my focus areas to achieve better grades. I emphasis students on remembering the headers, rather than mugging up the script of the answers to improve their cognitive and analytical skills. Time management while attempting the paper is also emphasized. I give students weekly tests. An appraisal in this regard is fetched to their parents, as well.
I am accessible to students after the tuition sessions, as well. I assist students in preparing their school/ college tests and assignments as well. I just expect Students to pay attention and stay regular and committed to their studies. Students as well as parents remain comfortable with me.
