My name is Ayana. I am mathematics teacher and I am teaching since September 2012. I am interested in student centered and I facilitate every things for the lessons that makes more clear about the lesson. In my class am using the following methedologies. 1. Lucture with student participations 2. Demonstration 3. Grouping 4. Taching by task 5. Giving different assignment and worksheet. 6. Giving timely feed back for students work 7. Student presentation this is the most satisfying me and I evavute the level my students in academic and confidence. Most my students score very good result with interesting knowledge on the lesson. Their Mathematics result on National exams are interesting.
I am hard worker and do may work without tiredness to meets my objectives. I am not only depend on teaching mathematics I also treat their phycology by looking their facial expression, I communicate with my student in private to solve their problems. If student Scored below the school expectation, I give them private tutor or worksheet to make their result up and also I communicate with parents to help the students. If the result is not changed, I do Action research on low acheivers. The objective doing Action research is getting root causes of the problems and putting solutions. These make me a greate teacher.
