I am a certified yoga instructor with a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga (NDDY) from Gandhi Smarak Prakritik Chikitsa Samiti, New Delhi (2016). Additionally, I hold an internationally recognized 500-hour Teacher Training Certification from the International Yoga Organization, affiliated with the Ministry of AYUSH.

Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood, as both of my parents are yoga teachers. This deep-rooted connection to yoga has shaped my understanding of its transformative power. I bring a personalized approach to my teaching, tailoring yoga sequences to address individual needs and concerns.
