My teaching style is mainly having high expectations for my students. I truly feel every student is able to learn. Not everyone learns the same way and every single one of them have an opportunity to be taught and be valued as a learner. I always treat them with patience and nurture. Communication is key to get to know them and always providing constructive feedback.
I like to encourage my students with complex ideas and high critical thinking questions for them to analyze, self evaluate and most important empower them to face new challenges in this world that is constantly changing.
I consider myself a great teacher because I am creative, I continue to learn everyday new ways to teach and new curriculum standards and I like to be flexible and adaptable to any circumstance and student needs.
I like to be inform about what the children like nowadays to be able to have conversations and to make them feel listened to.
I am very passionate with everything I do.
