Communication is the bedrock of learning. I rely solely on my ability to communicate with my learner and vice versa. By this, learning is achieved as I always utilize good communication skills to demystify topics, ensuring proper understanding and assimilation by learners. Moreso, I utilize hand-on and practical examples to bring the unknown to the finger tips of my learners aiding their understanding of the topic discussed.
Let me say that these little tricks have trigger positive shifts in the academic life of my learners as they are now steps ahead of their colleagues, dumbfounding their class teachers with jaw dropping performances, to mention but a few.
I am also still in the educational sector, running an MSc. program in the great University of Ibadan, hence, I'm equipped with just the right tools to bring a learner up to speed and also to maintain such speed.
