I adopt a flexible and adaptive teaching style that caters to the diverse needs of students while fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
A facilitative style helps to guide students and exploring concepts independently, while a demonstrative approach aids visual and kinesthetic learners by using practical examples. Methodologically, I believe in active learning strategies, such as discussions, problem-solving, and hands-on activities, to promote collaboration and critical thinking.
Every student has their own capacity to understand the things for instance some students find kinesthetic learning more interesting because they want to do things practically and most of the student prefer visual learning such as they understand the concepts through video and animation. In a nut shell, I want to say that our five senses helps us in learning either it could be sense of sight, hearing, and touch. Therefore, I believe in that and it's my suggestion to the students that do one task in several ways or by using senses. In this way, you can keep things in long long term memory.
