I am one who encourages inquiry based learning. I encourage students to explore concepts through hands-on activities and real world examples.I also leverage digital tools like YouTube to make abstract concepts tangible and meaningful. Back in school I used to teach my mates with this approach which increased student engagement and motivation for that particular course. I am flexible in my approach to meet the changing needs of the student. If the student seems to adjust well with a teaching style that I may not start with the student has the decision to communicate it to me and I will adjust accordingly. What makes me a great teacher is not to ‘throw’ information at the student but to create an atmosphere of learning from each other but foremost to make the student holistically better. I will be giving learning tips not just on my teaching area but a general way to grasp every concept the student learns outside my teaching area. Last but not the least I commit to ongoing professional growth, staying updated on best practices and emerging trends in education
