I am a Govt School Teacher since 7 years in Primary school. I teach through Activity based learning, group discussion method. Understanding the Psychological issues of student. To check the mistakes of students and guides about mistakes and give solution to solve your solutions. My happy face attracted the students towards me. I try to increasing the confidence level of students with different methods for example Board test, listen the lesson in front of class. Encourage the students in every way of life. I guide the students about religious points of view and ask the questions about the life of students. Consult the students in every way of life. Mostly result are good but some students not match the grade level due to some weaknesses remaining in previous classes.I try to guide the parents of that student about the students performance.Always I think about the future of my students. How students achieve the decided goals in their life. I try to understand my mistakes during lecture and also try to change the mistakes. When I go to different classes then mostly students meet with me happily face.
