Welcome! I’m Agab Dozva, a dedicated educator with a passion for empowering students through effective communication and strategic thinking. With a background in public speaking coaching and grooming, I specialize in helping individuals master the art of effective communication. As a Toastmaster and experienced public speaker, I provide speech evaluation and coaching that enhances confidence and delivery skills.

Having worked extensively with international students from Portugal and Japan in private coaching for public speaking, I understand the diverse needs and cultural nuances that come into play. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my success as a Toastmasters competitor, having won speech contests and evaluations across Southern Africa.

Since 2015, I have been actively involved in coaching at various schools, where I have successfully guided students in honing their public speaking abilities. My experience extends to being a Lead School Instructor for chess, where I teach kids the fundamentals and strategies of this timeless game. As a certified FIDE (International Chess Federation) Lead School Instructor, I instill critical thinking and problem-solving skills through engaging lessons that foster a love for chess.

I also bring my competitive background to the chess classroom, having served as the national team chess captain at the prestigious Chess Olympiad in Budapest, Hungary. Whether it's perfecting a speech, enhancing grooming and deportment, or developing strategic skills in chess, I am committed to nurturing talent and fostering a positive learning environment for all my students.
