As a Technical Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg, I manage the Client's Internal Infra in a Hybrid environment for Identity & Authentication Management through Microsoft Products like Microsoft Windows Server & Hyper-V OS editions along with Microsoft Azure Cloud solution. My core responsibility is to manage the on-premise Active Directory and Cloud-based Azure Entra ID (Previously Azure AD) along with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to sync the MIM database with HR Portal's Database in SAP.

Also, I am responsible for the Compliance & Risk Management for the organization's Identity & Authentication track which includes VA (Vulnerability Assessment) for identified risks that need to be mitigated in a predefined SLA.

In my 10+ Years of experience, I went through many IT challenges in IT-Infra and had the opportunity to get in-depth analysis to resolve them in live industry projects including the Organization's Internal IT-Infrastructure as well as Client's IT-infra in multiple racks in Windows Server Administration environment.
