Hello, I have around 15+ years of IT industry experience (Ex-Accenture, Ex-Dell, Ex-Tech Mahindra and Ex-Wipro employee) and I am here to teach IT Professionals on Agile Scrum using Azure DevOps Tool or using JIRA.

I can also teach school going kids:
1. Kannada as I am a native speaker and was a topper in my 10th Std Board exam (121/125).
2 & 3. Mathematics and Computer Science as I have passion for it and did my Engineering - Information Science (Passed with Distinction).

I teach my neighboring kids Kannada, Comp Science and Mathematics in my free time, along with teaching my kid who studies in ICSE board.

    - Worked as a "EMEA Scrum Master" (Jan 2024 - Dec 2024) for an US leading Women and Babycare personal products company. Responsible for driving 5 brands Scrum teams, Quarterly PI planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Scrum calls, Sprint Review and Retrospective calls. Preparing Scrum Reports to know the progress across Sprints via Cycle time, Velocity charts and Burn down charts.

    - Also played the role of "Agile Associate Manager" for Accenture - identifying risks and taking care of project budget - Invoicing, Onboarding process for the client projects, Raising and approving SLA metrics for client related department units, Cost estimation, Preparing SOWs and COs, Process review, PM review and Performance Appraisal.

    Received "Sparkling Star" Award for my overall contribution towards EMEA Scrum project.

    - Worked for 3 years (Nov 2020 to Dec 2023) as "APAC Scrum Master" with a leading US Bank client : Responsible for handling Scrum ceremonies, PI planning, JIRA dashboard and AgileView reports. Also, responsible for setting up Bank's APAC Governance related programs on JIRA which were earlier maintained and manually tracked on MS excels.

    Received "On the Spot Award" for setting up JIRA for bank's Governance programs at APAC level based on the reports which were earlier all manually tracked on Excels.
