I have taught in several schools e.g alliance boys high school, where I was appointed as head of the department of sciences, I used to motivate students and giving assessment to ensure that their is flow of content and no student is left out, due to hard work that I and students made, they were able to produce good results and grade and I make sure that all students pass my subjects, I use normal methodology of communication skills and good rapport with students this made them to pass with flying colors, hence made me to become a great teacher and I was awarded for that..
