As a student myself, I understand and lovingly relate to the several hardships and difficulties a student may go through while trying to learn or grasp a particular subject's innate traits. The same issue occurs when a student gets confused while trying to balance their focus on multiple subjects and other co curriculars. I have been tutoring students from multiple Indian education boards since my middle school days, and I have gradually understood how the student psychology works. Since each student is different and have their own unique learning pace, I consider to understand the student's mindset and review their outlook towards the subject being taught to be most vital in order to make the student find interest in not only that subject but also in education overall.
I am a extrovert person by nature, which helps me exceptionally to build friendships with my students first. I tend to be their friend first before I get to be their tutor. A reason behind this technique is to make a student do a work, it's necessary to make him/her understand why he/she should do this. What makes my technique 100% effective (throughout all these years of my tutoring experience) is that a student (i.e, mostly teenagers and pre teens) tend to believe what their friends and close acquaintances share with them.
I hope I shall be an extraordinary tutor to whoever this text much reach, and I can't wait to meet the students :)
