HI. I am salini. I have good experience with kids who r feeling shy,Fear and lack of confidence levels and over thinking .
But i am very friendly to kids and will explain very patiently for their understanding levels.
My most strong points are teaching them with patiency and improve their confidence levels.
I will give them short exercises to practice things and interacting with other kids also to improve their skills .
Mostly have to interact with kids to improve their focus,confidence levels.
Kids are very gentle in these ages so have to teach them good values
